Website terms

Terms and conditions

Please read these terms before using the TradeForce Recruitment website.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the TradeForce Recruitment website and its online enquiry and registration forms. TradeForce Recruitment is a trading name used for a recruitment service. It is not represented on this website as a limited company. These website terms do not replace separate written terms for a worker, assignment, employment arrangement or employer recruitment service.

2. Using the website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, administration area, database or another person's information; introduce malicious code; disrupt the website; or use the forms to send unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant material.

3. Worker registrations

If you register as a worker, you must provide information that is accurate and not misleading, and update us if important details such as your contact information, qualifications or availability change. You should only upload a CV or other document that you are entitled to share.

Registering does not guarantee that a vacancy will be available, that you will be shortlisted or interviewed, or that you will receive an offer or placement. We may contact you if we identify an opportunity that appears relevant to the information you have provided.

There is no charge to workers for registering with TradeForce Recruitment or for being considered for work through the recruitment service. Any separate optional service, if ever offered, will be explained separately and will not be a condition of being considered for work.

4. Employer enquiries

Submitting an employer enquiry does not create a recruitment, supply or other commercial contract and does not guarantee that workers will be available. Any fees, service scope, responsibilities, cancellation terms and other commercial arrangements must be agreed separately in writing before services are supplied.

5. Recruitment and work arrangements

A website registration or enquiry is not an offer of employment or an assignment. Before any work placement or supply arrangement begins, the relevant parties must receive and agree the applicable information and written terms required by law. The legal status of a worker and the responsibilities of the agency, employer or hirer depend on the actual arrangement, not simply on the wording of this website.

6. Website information and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but vacancies, availability and other information may change and may contain errors or omissions. Website content is general information and is not a binding offer. We may update, suspend or remove any part of the website where reasonably necessary.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, text and other content are owned by or used with permission by TradeForce Recruitment. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission or a legal right to do so.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information submitted through this website.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse of the website, your reliance on general website information without checking it, or temporary unavailability of the website. This section does not limit any duties or liabilities that apply under separate recruitment or work arrangements.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms will apply to future use.

11. Governing law

These website terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact support@tradeforcerecruitment.co.uk.
